The basic TERPEM package can be upgraded with the Probability of Detection module. With this module, the TERPEM graphics program, TGRAPH, is extended to enable it to plot Probability of Detection (PoD) contour coverage diagrams. The number of contours and detection probability thresholds can be varied.

• Radar parameters include radar peak power, antenna gain, horizontal beamwidth and scan rate, noise figure, system losses, pulse width and repetition frequency. "Simple" and "complex", coherent and incoherent detection are supported. These parameters can also be entered via the upgraded TERPEM System Editor, and saved in the system file with the other system parameters.
• Target parameters. The target radar cross-section and Swerling type (steady or fluctuating) as well as the required probability of false alarm can be edited and stored in Target files.
